Something handed the app a link it could not interpret, so it ignored it. Nothing was imported and nothing was changed — this message is a notice, not a failure of your subscription.
Opening a deeplink without breaking it

Tap the link where it was sent rather than copying it into another app first.
- Do not let it wrap
If it arrived as plain text split across lines, join it back into a single line before using it.
- If it still fails, ask for the plain link
A normal subscription address pasted into the app achieves the same result without the deeplink layer.
What a deeplink does
A deeplink is a link that starts with happ:// instead of https://. Opening it
hands the app an instruction along with some data — most often to add a
subscription, sometimes to import a routing profile or apply settings that a
provider prepared.
It exists to save you the copy-and-paste. When it works, the app opens with the data already attached and you only confirm.

It was reformatted on the way
Chat apps, mail clients and note apps do not always recognise non-standard schemes. They may wrap the text, cut it, turn part of it into a display label, or refuse to make it tappable at all.
It was copied in pieces
These links are long. Selecting one by hand across several visual lines usually loses the end.
It is for a different app or an older format
Links published for other clients, or generated by an outdated tool, will not be recognised.
What to do instead
The deeplink is a convenience, not a requirement. Everything it delivers can be done the plain way: ask your provider for the ordinary subscription address and paste it into the app yourself. Same result, one more step, far fewer things in between that can mangle it.
