Where Happ is available right now

The app is live on Google Play and in the global App Store, and every desktop and Android build is published on the project's releases page. The Russian App Store listing is the one that keeps disappearing — it is not there at the moment.

The seller on both mobile listings is Flyfrog LLC. Two other iOS listings that existed earlier — a June release under a different app ID, and a build named Happ - Proxy Utility Plus — are dead in every region we checked. If you find either name in a store today, it is not the original.

What happened to the iOS listing

Short version: it has been pulled from the Russian region three times, most recently on 7 July 2026. Two weeks earlier, on 24 June, it was pulled and came back on 29 June under a new app ID — the developer noted at the time that store search had not reindexed it yet, so searching the app name mostly returned copies.

After the July removal the developer said a new Russian build had been submitted and was waiting on review. Nothing has been announced since 11 July, so as of today it is still pending.

The developer’s own recommendation for iOS users in the meantime is to switch the App Store region and install the global listing, which has stayed live throughout and is on 5.2.0.

Android, Windows, macOS and Linux were never affected by any of this. Their builds come from the project’s releases and from Google Play, both of which have been continuously available — direct links here.

The copies

Every time the original vanishes from a store, applications reusing the name appear in that store’s search results. Their update dates line up with the removal dates, which is the tell — they are reacting to the gap, not developing a product.

Examples that were live in the Russian App Store when we last looked:

Listing name Seller Updated
Happ VPN ++ INTRADEI TOV 7 July 2026
ВПН Happ Хапп Плюс Прокси Rafik Harutyunyan 24 June 2026
Happ plus 2026 Qinghai Yanqiao Network Technology Co., Ltd. 2 July 2026

None of them is published by Flyfrog LLC. On 11 July the developer stated that these renamed clones are being reported as trademark infringements.

There is no separate paid edition of the app to look for, either — the name “Happ Plus” is used by several unrelated things, which is covered on its own page in the Russian section.

Green here, still not connecting

Store availability says nothing about whether your subscription works. They are separate systems and they fail for unrelated reasons.

If the app is installed and running but nothing connects, the useful signal is the message the app shows when you add or refresh a subscription. Each one narrows the cause down to something specific — start from the errors page rather than reinstalling.

If the subscription itself has expired or run out of traffic, that is not something the app can tell you around. Renew it with whoever issued it.

Quick answers

Frequently asked questions

Why can I not find Happ in the App Store?

Because store availability is per region. The global listing is live; the Russian one is not. Switching your App Store region to a country where it is listed is what the developer recommends.

Does a missing store listing break an app I already installed?

No. An installed copy keeps working, and so does your subscription. What you lose is store updates in that region.

Is the app gone from Android too?

No. Google Play lists it, and the APK is published on the project's releases page in parallel.

How do I know a listing is the real app and not a copy?

Check the seller. The original is published by Flyfrog LLC — copies reuse the name and the icon but never that.
